Gavin has dedicated his career to the retail property industry for the last 25 years and it's through his hands on approach to the business and his commitment to providing the best possible service to clients, that he stays highly revered in the industry.

His experience, knowledge of the market and understanding of what works in a retail environment have been vital to the success of many shopping centres. This coupled with his long standing working relationship with many of the national anchor retailers, ensures that he will find the best possible tenant solutions for clients across the country.

He is a member of SAPOA, SA Institute of Management and the Institute of Marketing Management and currently also serves as a Councillor at the South African Council of Shopping Centres (SACSC).

As the National Leasing Manager Jonathan manages a large and diverse portfolio of developments. These range from new developments through to renovations and tenant remixing, into which much time and effort is spent reviewing leasing plan layouts, canvassing prospective tenants and building solid business partnerships. His commitment and dedication creates successful retail relationships which takes his clients into new opportunities and future projects.
